How these prices become your apartment's cost
Every material here feeds one or more BOQ lines: porcelain in the reception floor, ceramic in rooms, bathrooms and the kitchen, paint on ceilings and walls, aluminium in windows and balconies, wood in frames and doors. The engine multiplies each price by your apartment's real quantity.
Example: a 150 m² Standard apartment needs about 73 m² of porcelain for the reception and corridor; at an average of 320 EGP per m² the line comes to about 27,521 EGP before labour.
What separates the four levels
The level changes the materials, not the quantities: the same metres and the same number of points, but ceramic becomes porcelain, Moski wood becomes Azizi or Aro, the Chinese door becomes Turkish and the sanitary ware moves up a grade. That is why the gap between Economy and Ultra reaches roughly 70% on the same apartment.
How the number is calculated
Tashteeby doesn't just apply an "average per metre". The engine takes the unit's area and the number of rooms, bathrooms, kitchens and balconies and turns them into real quantities — square metres of floor and wall, electrical points and sockets, metres of pipe, doors and windows — then multiplies each quantity by the current market price of the material and labour.
