They are estimated Cairo market averages, calculated from your apartment's actual quantities and up-to-date material prices. They're a solid basis for budgeting and negotiation, but not a contractor's quote — confirm with local suppliers before you commit.
The calculator is free and needs no sign-up. Plan Studio and saving projects (plans, renders and credits) require a free account with e-mail, Apple or Google, and it works on the website, iPhone and Android. Internet is used to refresh prices; the last prices are stored on your device so the calculator works offline.
Each level changes the materials and finish grade: Economy uses ceramic, Moski wood and a Chinese door; Standard uses porcelain, Azizi wood and a Turkish door; Luxury moves to larger formats and Aro wood; Ultra adds marble and top specifications.
