Renders are AI-generated and convey the style and general feel; they are not architectural drawings or an engineer's bill of quantities. Plan reading may need manual correction of areas.
Frequently asked questions
What kinds of plans can it read?
An image, a PDF or a camera shot of the apartment plan — from the developer, from an engineer, or even clearly hand-drawn. Printed dimensions improve accuracy; without them the engine estimates areas from door widths and you can correct them manually.
Are the renders architectural drawings I can build from?
No. The renders are imaginative impressions of the style, colours and materials of each room, not construction drawings, and they do not respect engineering dimensions. Use them to decide the style and align with your contractor and decorator, not to measure from.
How much does it cost?
Uploading the plan, reading the rooms and calculating the cost are free with a free account. Renders are bought with credits: one image, three images, or "full plan" (10 credits) covering every room. Premium members get 3 free images every month.
How are the renders made?
We send the plan image and your style notes to an OpenAI model through an API that does not use your data for training, and store the results in your account. Details in the privacy policy.
