الشروط دي بتنظّم استخدامك لموقع تشطيبى وتطبيقاته (iPhone وAndroid) اللي بتقدّمها OZ. باستخدامك للخدمة فأنت توافق عليها وعلى سياسة الخصوصية.
باختصار
- التقديرات متوسطات سوق للاسترشاد، مش عرض سعر من مقاول.
- الصور والتحليل ناتجة عن ذكاء اصطناعي وقد تختلف عن الواقع — مش رسومات معمارية.
- الحاسبة بتديك الإجمالي التقديري مجاناً بدون حساب. تفاصيل التكلفة (تكلفة المتر وتوزيع الحِرف) واستوديو المخطط والمدة المتوقعة للتشطيب والحصر الكامل ضمن اشتراك بريميوم.
- الصورة الواحدة بتكلّف رصيداً واحداً، والرصيد ما بينتهيش وبيرجع لك لو الصورة فشلت.
- بريميوم اشتراك شهري بيتجدد تلقائياً وبتلغيه من المكان اللي اشتركت منه — أو مدة مدفوعة مقدماً بالجنيه (شهر / ٣ شهور / سنة) ما بتتجددش تلقائياً.
١. التقديرات
تشطيبى بيقدّم تقديرات لتكلفة التشطيب مبنية على متوسطات أسعار السوق (القاهرة والرياض) اللي يجمعها ويحدّثها فريق تشطيبى دورياً. الأرقام للاسترشاد فقط وليست عرض سعر من مقاول أو مورد ولا ضماناً للتكلفة الفعلية، اللي بتختلف حسب المنطقة وحالة الوحدة والخامات والتوقيت. راجع دايماً مع مقاول أو مورد قبل أي تعاقد.
المدة المتوقعة للتشطيب (لمشتركي بريميوم) تقدير حسابي مبني على متوسطات إنتاجية بفريق واحد لكل بند و٦ أيام عمل أسبوعياً مع توفر الخامات، وليست التزاماً بجدول زمني؛ المدة الفعلية بتتأثر بالتوريد والطقس وتوفر العمالة وقراراتك أثناء التنفيذ.
٢. الحساب
الحاسبة العادية (الإجمالي التقديري) متاحة مجاناً وبدون حساب. تكلفة المتر وتوزيع التكلفة على الحِرف واستوديو المخطط والمدة المتوقعة للتشطيب والحصر الكامل بند ببند وتعديل الأسعار وتصدير PDF مميزات ضمن اشتراك بريميوم، وبتحتاج حساباً واحداً بيشتغل على الموقع والتطبيقين. أنت مسؤول عن سرية بيانات دخولك وعن كل ما يتم من حسابك، ويلزم أن تكون فوق ١٣ سنة. تقدر تحذف حسابك في أي وقت من صفحة الحساب أو إعدادات التطبيق.
٣. استوديو المخطط والذكاء الاصطناعي
استوديو المخطط (متاح لمشتركي بريميوم) بيقرأ مخطط شقتك بنموذج ذكاء اصطناعي ليستخرج الغرف والمساحات ويحسب التكلفة، ويولّد صوراً تخيّلية للتصميم الداخلي. قراءة المخطط قد تكون غير دقيقة (خصوصاً مع مخططات غير واضحة أو بدون أبعاد) وتقدر تصحّح الغرف والمساحات يدوياً قبل الحساب. الصور المولَّدة تصوّر إحساساً عاماً بالطراز والألوان ولا تلتزم بالأبعاد الهندسية أو بالكهرباء والسباكة أو بكود البناء، ولا تصلح كرسومات تنفيذية.
ارفع فقط مخططات تملكها أو معك إذن باستخدامها، ولا ترفع محتوى غير قانوني أو بيانات شخصية لأطراف أخرى. الصور اللي بتتولّد لحسابك تقدر تستخدمها لأغراضك الشخصية والتجارية، مع مراعاة أن نتائج الذكاء الاصطناعي قد تتشابه مع نتائج مستخدمين آخرين وأن حمايتها بحقوق النشر قد تختلف حسب القانون المحلي.
٤. رصيد الصور (الباقات)
- كل صورة مولَّدة بتخصم رصيداً واحداً. بريميوم بيمنحك ٣ صور شهرياً، والباقات الإضافية المتاحة: صورة واحدة، ٣ صور، أو «المخطط كامل» (١٠ أرصدة) بتغطي غرف الشقة كلها. توليد الصور بيحتاج مخططاً في استوديو المخطط (بريميوم)، ورصيد اشتريته قبل كده بيفضل صالحاً للاستخدام.
- الرصيد بينضاف لحسابك ويشتغل على الموقع والتطبيقين، وما لهوش تاريخ انتهاء ما دام الحساب موجود.
- لو فشل توليد صورة لسبب فني بيرجع رصيدها تلقائياً. الرصيد اللي اتصرف على صور تمّ توليدها غير قابل للاسترداد نقداً.
- الرصيد شخصي وغير قابل للتحويل، وبيتحذف مع حذف الحساب.
٥. اشتراك بريميوم
بريميوم بيتباع بطريقتين: اشتراك شهري بيتجدد تلقائياً (من التطبيقات أو من الموقع بالدولار)، أو مدة مدفوعة مقدماً بالجنيه المصري ما بتتجددش تلقائياً — وتفاصيل التجديد لكل طريقة دفع تحت. في الحالتين بيفتح استوديو المخطط، والمدة المتوقعة للتشطيب (جدول زمني تقديري بند ببند)، والحصر التفصيلي بند ببند وكل مميزات الحاسبة المتقدمة، ويمنحك ٣ أرصدة صور شهرياً طول ما الاشتراك فعّال (بتنضاف مع بداية كل شهر، والرصيد غير المستخدم بيفضل في حسابك). السعر بيتعرض قبل الشراء وقد يختلف حسب الدولة والمنصة.
- في التطبيقات: الاشتراك بيتم عبر Apple App Store أو Google Play، ويُخصم المبلغ عند التأكيد ويتجدد قبل انتهاء الفترة بـ ٢٤ ساعة ما لم تُلغه. الإدارة والإلغاء والاسترداد من إعدادات حسابك في المتجر وحسب سياساته. تسري شروط Apple القياسية: apple.com/legal/…/stdeula.
- التجربة المجانية في التطبيقات: لو المتجر عارض تجربة مجانية، بتتحول لاشتراك مدفوع تلقائياً في آخرها. الغِ قبل نهايتها بـ ٢٤ ساعة على الأقل من إعدادات حسابك في المتجر عشان ما يتخصمش منك.
- على الموقع بالدولار (Paddle): اشتراك شهري بيتجدد تلقائياً مع نهاية كل شهر مدفوع. الدفع بيتم عبر Paddle بصفتها التاجر المسجّل، وبتنطبق شروط الشراء الخاصة بـ Paddle. تقدر توقف التجديد في أي وقت بزر «إيقاف التجديد» في صفحة الحساب (وتستأنفه من نفس المكان لو غيّرت رأيك قبل نهاية الفترة)، وبتفضل المميزات شغّالة لنهاية الفترة المدفوعة. الفواتير وتعديل وسيلة الدفع من زر «الفواتير ووسيلة الدفع» اللي بيفتح بوابة Paddle. طلبات الاسترداد عبر support@tashteeby.com أو Paddle.
- مفيش تجربة مجانية على الموقع: اشتراكات الموقع (بالدولار أو بالجنيه) بتبدأ بالدفع، وأول دفعة بتتخصم وقت الاشتراك.
- على الموقع بالجنيه المصري (Paymob): تقدر تدفع بالمحافظ (فودافون كاش، e& money، أورنج كاش، WE Pay، محافظ البنوك) أو بكارت مصري عبر صفحة الدفع الآمنة من Paymob. بريميوم بالجنيه مدة مدفوعة مقدماً (شهر أو ٣ شهور أو سنة) بتبدأ من لحظة الدفع — أو من نهاية مدة بالجنيه لسه شغّالة — ومش بتتجدد تلقائياً، وبنبعت لك تذكير بالإيميل قبل ما تخلص. الصور الإضافية بالجنيه بتنضاف لرصيدك فور تأكيد الدفع. طلبات الاسترداد عبر support@tashteeby.com، والاسترداد بيلغي المدة أو الرصيد المرتبط بالعملية. الشروط والمدد في سياسة الاسترداد.
الاشتراك من منصة واحدة كافٍ — حالة بريميوم بتتزامن على الموقع والتطبيقين مع نفس الحساب.
٦. الاستخدام المقبول
يُمنع إعادة هندسة التطبيق أو نسخ بيانات الأسعار لإعادة توزيعها، أو استخدام الخدمة بشكل آلي مفرط، أو تقديم التقديرات أو الصور كعروض رسمية أو رسومات معتمدة، أو استخدام تشطيبى لأي غرض غير قانوني أو يضر بالآخرين. نحتفظ بحق تعليق الحساب عند مخالفة الشروط.
٧. حدود المسؤولية
تُقدَّم الخدمة «كما هي» وقد تتوقف مؤقتاً للصيانة أو بسبب مزوّدي الخدمة الخارجيين. لا يتحمّل تشطيبى أو OZ أي مسؤولية عن قرارات تعاقدية أو خسائر ناتجة عن الاعتماد على التقديرات أو التحليلات أو الصور دون مراجعة مهندس أو مقاول أو مورد. في كل الأحوال لا تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا ما دفعته للخدمة خلال الاثني عشر شهراً السابقة.
٨. التغييرات والتواصل
قد نحدّث الشروط أو الأسعار أو الباقات؛ التغييرات الجوهرية تُنشر هنا مع تحديث التاريخ أعلى الصفحة، واستمرارك في الاستخدام يعني قبولها. للاستفسارات: support@tashteeby.com.

At a glance
- Estimates are market averages for guidance, not a contractor's quote.
- Renders and plan analysis come from AI and may differ from reality — they are not architectural drawings.
- The calculator's estimated total is free without an account. The cost details (cost per m² and the split by trade), Plan Studio, the finishing timeline and the full BOQ are part of Premium.
- One image costs one credit; credits never expire and are refunded if an image fails.
- Premium is an auto-renewing monthly subscription you cancel where you bought it — or prepaid time in EGP (1 / 3 / 12 months) that does not renew automatically.
1. Estimates
Tashteeby provides finishing-cost estimates built on market-average prices (Cairo and Riyadh) collected and refreshed periodically by the Tashteeby team. Figures are for guidance only; they are not a quote from a contractor or supplier and not a guarantee of actual cost, which varies by area, unit condition, materials and timing. Always confirm with a contractor or supplier before signing anything.
The expected finishing timeline (for Premium members) is a computed estimate based on average productivity with one crew per trade and six working days a week with materials available; it is not a schedule commitment, and the actual duration depends on deliveries, weather, labour availability and your decisions during the work.
2. Your account
The regular calculator (the estimated total) is free and available without an account. The cost per m² and the split across trades, Plan Studio, the expected finishing timeline, the full line-by-line BOQ, editable prices and PDF export are Premium features and need a single account that works across the website and both apps. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private and for everything done through your account, and you must be over 13. You can delete your account at any time from the account page or the app settings.
3. Plan Studio and AI
Plan Studio (available to Premium members) reads your floor plan with an AI model to extract rooms and areas and compute the cost, and generates imaginative interior renders. Plan reading can be inaccurate (especially with unclear plans or plans without dimensions); you can correct rooms and areas manually before calculating. Renders convey a general feel of style and colour and do not respect engineering dimensions, electrical or plumbing layouts, or building codes, and are not suitable as construction drawings.
Only upload plans you own or have permission to use, and do not upload unlawful content or other people's personal data. You may use renders generated for your account for personal and commercial purposes, bearing in mind that AI output can resemble other users' output and that its copyright protection may vary by jurisdiction.
4. Image credits (packs)
- Each generated image costs one credit. Premium includes 3 images a month; extra packs available: one image, three images, or "full plan" (10 credits), which covers every room of the apartment. Generating images requires a plan in Plan Studio (Premium); credits bought earlier remain usable.
- Credits are added to your account and work on the website and both apps; they have no expiry date while the account exists.
- If an image fails for a technical reason its credit is refunded automatically. Credits spent on successfully generated images are non-refundable in cash.
- Credits are personal, non-transferable, and are removed when the account is deleted.
5. Premium subscription
Premium is an auto-renewing monthly subscription that unlocks Plan Studio, the expected finishing timeline (an estimated trade-by-trade schedule), the itemised bill of quantities and all advanced calculator features, and grants 3 image credits each month while it is active (added at the start of each month; unused credits remain in your balance). The price is shown before purchase and may vary by country and platform.
- In the apps: the subscription is sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play; payment is charged at confirmation and renews 24 hours before the period ends unless cancelled. Manage, cancel or request refunds in your store account settings under the store's policies. Apple's Standard EULA applies: apple.com/legal/…/stdeula.
- Free trials in the apps: a free trial offered by the store turns into a paid subscription when it ends. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end, in your store account settings, to avoid being charged.
- On the website: payment is processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record and Paddle's buyer terms apply. You can stop renewal at any time with the "Stop renewal" button on your account page (and resume it from the same place if you change your mind before the period ends); the features stay active until the end of the paid period. Invoices and payment-method changes are handled through the "Invoices & payment method" button, which opens Paddle's billing portal. Refund requests go to support@tashteeby.com or Paddle.
- No free trial on the website: website subscriptions (in USD or in EGP) start with payment; the first payment is taken when you subscribe.
- On the website in Egyptian pounds (Paymob): you can pay with mobile wallets (Vodafone Cash, e& money, Orange Cash, WE Pay, bank wallets) or an Egyptian card on Paymob's secure payment page. Premium paid in EGP is prepaid time (1 month, 3 months or 12 months) that starts when you pay — or when EGP time you already have ends — and does not renew automatically; we e-mail you a reminder before it ends. Extra images paid in EGP are added to your balance as soon as the payment is confirmed. Refund requests go to support@tashteeby.com; a refund removes the time or credits of that payment. Subscribing on one platform is enough — Premium status syncs to the website and both apps under the same account.
6. Acceptable use
Do not reverse-engineer the app or copy price data for redistribution, use the service in an excessively automated way, present estimates or renders as official quotes or approved drawings, or use Tashteeby for anything unlawful or harmful to others. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and may pause for maintenance or because of third-party providers. Tashteeby and OZ accept no liability for contracting decisions or losses arising from reliance on estimates, analyses or renders without review by an engineer, contractor or supplier. In all cases our liability is limited to what you paid for the service in the preceding twelve months.
